Ateliê do Gesto
Its work is characterized by a sensitive investigation of gesture, scenic experimentation, and the dialogue between dance, theater, image, and poetic thought. Throughout its history, the group has developed artistic, pedagogical, and curatorial projects that promote artistic training, circulation, and cultural exchange.
Ateliê do Gesto’s artistic vision is rooted in the understanding of the body as nature—a living territory where memory, imagination, and affection intersect. From this perspective, the company seeks to awaken in audiences a profound connection with movement, and with the experience of the present moment.
Fica Comigo
To do so, he is joined by three puppets that suddenly come to life, and together they reveal a universe of emotions through an unforgettable dance adventure. Blending tenderness, fantasy, and theatrical imagery, the work invites audiences into a poetic journey through memory, affection, childhood, and imagination.
Through movement, visual storytelling, and an emotionally charged atmosphere, Fica Comigo reflects on the fragile beauty of remembering and on the ways memories shape our emotional landscapes. The piece unfolds as a celebration of vulnerability, playfulness, and the transformative power of imagination.
