The workshop invites participants to expand their physical mobility by “thinking outside the box”: breaking movement patterns and discovering new possibilities through individual exploration.

For young people in CACCO’s dance program.
A movement workshop and harness practice exploring suspension through a body moving off-axis. No prior experience is required: starting from curiosity and body awareness, participants will explore new forms of support, losing and regaining their center, and allowing the body to enter into suspension.

For dancers and non-dancers alike.
 Connect with the creature within us—the one we had simply forgotten—and, in doing so, develop a deeper awareness of our unique artistic individuality and the infinite ways it can be expressed, from the most expansive to the most delicate, through a series of guided improvisation games and tasks.
